AIONLY Terms of Service

AIONLY creates a personal profile card from text generated by the user's own AI assistant and helps people find others for friendship, joint projects, hobbies and relationships: Radar, likes, matches, chats and compatibility reports.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You create a card only about yourself and use your own data.
• You have one card. You do not create cards for other people and do not impersonate anyone.
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under the laws of your country.
• You are not located in a restricted region and are not on a sanctions list — see Section 17 "Sanctions and restricted regions".

You are responsible for access to your email and for all actions taken from your account. If you suspect that someone has gained access to it, write to us at business@mytestpro.com.

Card texts are created by your AI based on what it knows about you. We do not verify their accuracy and do not change them. The texts cannot be edited — this keeps every card honest. You can hide any block, change the card's visibility, update it with your AI or delete it.

Visibility. A new card is private: only you can see it. Only you can show it to others — in Radar or by link — and you can delete the card at any time.

Responsibility. You are responsible for what you paste and publish and for the photo you upload. The photo must show you, and you must have the rights to it. Before publishing, review your card and hide anything you do not want to share, including mentions of other people.

Rights. Your content remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process, display and reproduce it (including as an image for sharing) — only to operate the Service and within the visibility settings you choose. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that other people have already saved on their own (for example, screenshots).

This section is our Acceptable Use Policy. It applies to everything you do on AIONLY: your card, photos, likes, messages, reports and any contact with other users, on or off the Service.

• Creating cards about or on behalf of other people, fake cards or duplicates.
• Harassing, insulting, threatening, stalking or spamming anyone.
• Publishing sexually explicit content in your card, photos or messages (and any content involving minors), illegal content, hate speech, or other people's personal data without their consent.
• Using the Service if you are under 18.
• Using the Service for advertising, sales, fraud or fundraising.
• Automated collection of user data (scraping), bypassing limits and protections, or interfering with the operation of the Service.
• Accessing other people's accounts.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other means to hide your location and circumvent regional or sanctions restrictions (see Section 17).
• Human trafficking in any form, including sexual exploitation, forced labour, and recruiting, transporting, harbouring or receiving people for the purpose of exploitation.
• Prostitution, escort services, "sugar dating" or any offer or request of sexual services or companionship in exchange for money, gifts or other benefits.
• Sexual exploitation or abuse of any person. Any sexual content or contact involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Sexual violence or threats of sexual violence against anyone.
• Sharing intimate or sexual images, videos or messages of anyone without their consent (non-consensual intimate content), including deepfakes.
• Aiding, abetting, encouraging or promoting abuse, violence, exploitation or self-harm of any person.
• Romance scams and catfishing: asking other users for money, gifts, banking or payment details, documents or cryptocurrency.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity, age or intentions.

If you violate this policy, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently delete your account and block your email address from registering again. Where we believe a person is at risk or a crime may have been committed, we may report it to law enforcement (see section "Law enforcement requests"). You can report any person from their card, a report or a chat; we review every report.

Compatibility reports, archetypes, scales and the selection of people in Radar are generated automatically, including with the help of AI. They are intended for self-discovery and meeting people, may be inaccurate and are not psychological, medical, legal or financial advice. A high compatibility score does not guarantee that a relationship or collaboration will work out.

Other users may create a compatibility report with you unless you turn this off in Settings. What exactly they see is described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not verify users' identities and are not responsible for their behaviour online or offline. Be careful: hold first meetings in public places and do not hand over money or documents to people you do not know. Report violations to us using the report button.

• The basic features of the Service are free. Paid plans give additional features: more people in Radar, more reports, browsing and filtering people. Plans, prices and the billing period are on the pricing page; what each plan includes and its price are also shown before payment.
• Payments are accepted by MYTESTPRO LLC through Stripe. Prices include taxes unless stated otherwise on the payment screen.
• The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. You are charged at the start of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time: menu → "Plan and payment". Access remains until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charge is made.
• If a payment fails, access to paid features remains for 3 more days, after which the plan is switched off until a successful payment.
• We will notify you by email at least 14 days before a price change. The new price applies from the next period after the notice. If you do not agree, cancel your subscription before that date.
• Unused reports and generations do not carry over to the next period.

8.1 Referral programme "Invite your people"

• For every person who creates a card on AIONLY for the first time through your invitation (your personal link, a link from your card or image) and confirms their email, you get 100 points and they get 50 points. Invitations to a joint report do not count.
• Points can be exchanged for a package for 30 days: Satellite — 100 points (1 friend), Orbit — 300 points (3 friends), Universe — 700 points (7 friends). The first Satellite unlocks automatically; after that, use the "Exchange" button on the invitations screen.
• Each package can be obtained for points once. You can only exchange for a package higher than the one already obtained for points and higher than your current one; the price is the difference between thresholds, and points already spent are not counted again. The new package starts immediately; the remainder of the previous one is not carried over.
• If you have a higher paid subscription, it applies. A package for points does not change your subscription or affect its billing.
• Unused points do not expire. Points have no monetary value, are not a means of payment or a financial instrument and cannot be exchanged for money.
• A possible future exchange of unused points for an AIONLY token is not our obligation and may never happen.
• We may change or end the programme and cancel points obtained through abuse (fake accounts, inviting yourself and similar).

Refunds and cancellation are described on the Refunds and cancellation page. In short: within 14 days of a charge you can email business@mytestpro.com and get that charge refunded in full, and erroneous or duplicate charges are always refunded.

This does not limit any rights that the law of your country grants you and that cannot be waived.

You can delete your card and account at any time from the card menu. Any active subscription is cancelled immediately; refunds follow the Refunds and cancellation page. We may stop providing the Service to you for violating these Terms or close the Service altogether, giving advance notice where possible.

The Service, its design, interface texts, prompts, names of archetypes and pairs, software code and the AIONLY brand belong to us. You may use them only to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the absence of errors or any particular results in meeting people.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, the actions of other users or content created by AI. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We will notify you of material changes on the website and by email at least 14 days in advance. If you continue to use the Service after that, you accept the new version. If not, you can delete your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Please write to us first at business@mytestpro.com — we resolve most questions by email. If that does not work, the dispute will be decided by a competent court in accordance with the applicable law.

Law enforcement and government authorities can send requests to business@mytestpro.com with the subject "Law enforcement request". A request should be on official letterhead, identify the requesting authority and officer, the AIONLY account concerned (nickname or profile link) and the legal basis for the request.

• We disclose user data in response to valid legal process (such as a subpoena, court order or search warrant) or an equivalent request under applicable law.
• On an official preservation request we preserve available data of the specified account for 90 days while legal process is obtained.
• Emergencies: if there is an imminent risk of death or serious physical injury, including suspected human trafficking or child exploitation, mark the request "Emergency". We may then disclose information without legal process to the extent permitted by law.
• We proactively report apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with authorities investigating human trafficking.
• We may notify the affected user about a request unless the law prohibits it or notice could put someone at risk.
• What data exists and how long we keep it is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not store payment card numbers; payments are processed by Stripe.

• The Service is not provided to persons located in Crimea, Sevastopol, the occupied areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, the Russian Federation or Belarus.
• The Service is not provided to persons on the sanctions lists of the United States (OFAC SDN), the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United Nations, or to anyone acting on their behalf.
• We restrict access from these regions automatically based on the location of the connection.
• You may not use a VPN, proxy or any other means to hide your location and circumvent these restrictions.
• If we detect a violation of this section, we will block the account immediately. We do not refund payments for the period of such unlawful use — this is an exception to Section 9 "Refunds", unless the law requires otherwise.
