AIONLY Privacy Policy

Version 2026-10-v5 · updated 14 October 2026

This policy explains what data the AIONLY service (aionly.io) collects, why, who can see it, whom we share it with, how long we keep it and how you can control it.

This is an English translation of the Ukrainian version, which is the primary language of the Service. The two versions have the same meaning.

1. Who we are

The AIONLY service is provided by MYTESTPRO LLC (State of Delaware, USA) ("we", "us"). Address: 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 39533, Dover, DE 19904, USA. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

Questions about data and requests to exercise your rights: business@mytestpro.com.

2. The key points

  • We have no access to your ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other AI account and cannot see your conversations. The prompt runs in your own AI; we only receive the text of the answer that you paste yourself.
  • A new card is private: only you can see it until you change its visibility.
  • You can hide any block of your card. A hidden block is not visible to anyone and is not present in the page code.
  • Part of your AI's answer is a technical compatibility profile. We do not show it to anyone, not even to you. It is used only to calculate matches and reports.
  • You can delete your card and account yourself at any time.
  • We do not sell data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
  • The Service is only for people aged 18 and over.

3. What data we collect

3.1 What you enter yourself

Gender (optional)Grammatically correct card texts, matching filters

3.2 Your AI's answer

When you paste your AI's answer, we receive:

  • card texts — descriptions, archetypes, scales and other blocks you see on your card;
  • the technical compatibility profile — a set of numeric scales and tags (for example, pace, way of resolving conflicts, interests). It is not visible to you or to other people. It is used only to calculate compatibility in reports and in Radar.

Your AI creates these texts based on what it knows about you. We do not verify their accuracy and do not rewrite them. We may automatically flag places that look like people's names or company names so that you can check them before publishing.

Sensitive data. Your AI's answer may contain information about relationships, emotions, habits or other personal topics. By creating a card, you give separate consent to the processing of this data for the purposes described here. You can withdraw your consent by deleting your card.

3.3 Data collected automatically

  • Usage events: which screens were opened and which buttons were pressed, with random device and session identifiers. We record these events in our own database.
  • Session recordings (Microsoft Clarity): how you move around a page — clicks, scrolling, moving between screens. The text of cards, reports, chats, the private block and everything you type into fields is hidden in your browser and never reaches Microsoft. For visitors from the EU, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — only after consent.
  • Technical data: IP address (for abuse protection and rate limits), device and browser type, request times.
  • Country and region of the connection, determined from the IP address, to comply with sanctions restrictions (Terms, "Sanctions and restricted regions"). If access is blocked, we keep the country, region, page address and an irreversible hash of the IP — not the IP address itself.
  • Where you came from: a link marker (for example, whose invitation brought you to us), so that invitations can be credited.

3.4 Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number. From Stripe we receive only the subscription status, plan, period dates and a technical customer identifier.

4. Who can see your card

Card stateWho can see it
Private (default)Only you
Visible in AIONLYUsers with their own card. You may appear to them in Radar and in the people feed
PublicAnyone with the link aionly.io/nickname, including search engines and messengers that show previews

In no state can anyone see hidden blocks or the technical profile.

Compatibility reports. An AIONLY user can create a compatibility report with you unless you have turned off the "Allow reports with me" setting. Such a report uses only the visible blocks of your card and a calculation based on the technical profile. The person who creates the report does not see the technical profile itself or hidden blocks. You are not notified about such a report. A mutual report is created only after you accept the invitation, and both of you can see it.

Share image. If you share an image of your card, it contains only the visible blocks. We do not control where it goes after that.

5. Why we process data and on what legal basis

PurposeLegal basis
Creating, displaying and storing your cardContract (the Terms) and your consent
Processing the technical profile and sensitive dataYour separate explicit consent

We do not make decisions about you that have legal effects based solely on automated processing. People suggested in Radar and compatibility scores are recommendations, not decisions.

6. Whom we share data with

We share data only with providers that help run the Service, and only to the extent needed for that:

ProviderWhat it doesWhere it processes data
SupabaseDatabase, photo storage, authenticationEU (Ireland)

ResendSending emailsUSA
Microsoft (Clarity)Session recordings and heatmaps with hidden contentUSA

If we add a new provider that receives personal data, we will update this table.

Transfers to the USA are made on the basis of standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms required by applicable law. We may also disclose data if required by law or by a lawful request from public authorities, or to protect people's safety.

7. How long we keep data

BackupsUp to 30 days, after which deleted data also disappears from backups
Data of an account named in an official law enforcement preservation request90 days from the request, while legal process is obtained (Terms, "Law enforcement requests")

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • get a copy of your data;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your card and account;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • receive your data in a machine-readable format;
  • withdraw consent (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal);
  • lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Ukraine this is the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, in the EU — the authority of your country.

How to do this:

  • hide a block or change your card's visibility — in your account;
  • turn off reports with you, notifications, categories — in Settings;
  • delete your card and account — in the card menu, item "Delete" (see section 9);
  • any other requests — to business@mytestpro.com from the address linked to your account. We reply within 30 days.

9. How to delete your data

9.1 AIONLY card and account

Open the card menu and choose "Delete". If you cannot sign in, write to business@mytestpro.com from the address linked to your account. We reply within 30 days.

After deletion we:

  • delete the card, technical profile, photo, likes, matches, chats, reports, consents, settings and the account itself;
  • cancel any active subscription;
  • keep only payment records (see section 7), anonymised analytics events and reports that other people filed about you, together with the related materials (up to 2 years after review). If the account was suspended for breaching the Terms, we keep an irreversibly encrypted marker of your address so that a new account cannot be created with the same email.

Deletion is irreversible. A card cannot be restored, but you can create a new one.

9.2 Threads data

If you have interacted with our Threads accounts, write to business@mytestpro.com or send a direct message to any of our accounts with your username. Within 30 days we will delete all found posts, threads and metrics where you are the author (details in section 14). Step-by-step instructions and request status are on the Threads data deletion page.

10. Security

Access to data is restricted by database-level rules. A hidden block is filtered out on the server before the page reaches the browser. Connections are encrypted. Risks on the internet can never be ruled out completely, so do not paste passwords, document numbers, bank details or other information you do not want to entrust to the Service into your AI's answer.

11. Age

AIONLY is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a card was created by a person under 18, we will delete it.

12. Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and local browser storage:

  • a session cookie — to keep you signed in;
  • local storage — to save your progress in the sign-up flow, chosen filters and the marker of the link you came from;
  • an analytics device identifier — in local storage, up to 12 months; a session identifier — in tab storage, removed when the tab is closed;
  • Microsoft Clarity cookies (_clck, _clsk) — to join page views into one visit. Microsoft may also set its own cookies on its clarity.ms domain. For visitors from the EU, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — only after consent; you can change your decision with the button below.

We do not set advertising cookies.

13. Changes to this policy

We will notify you of material changes on the website and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version and date are always shown at the top of the page.

14. AIONLY accounts on Threads

AIONLY runs accounts on Threads: the official AI account "Arbiter" and AI characters (their bio states that they are AIONLY AI characters). They are operated by a program through Meta's official Threads API. This section applies to everyone who interacts with these accounts on Threads, even if you do not have an AIONLY card.

14.1 What data we collect

  • Public posts and replies on Threads that we find by keyword search, and threads where we were tagged or replied to: text, author's username, link, time of publication.
  • Public profile metrics of the author provided by the Threads API: number of followers and views over 7 days. They help us choose where to comment.
  • Metrics of our own posts and replies: views, likes, replies, and a flag if our reply was hidden.
  • The public part of an AIONLY card, only if the reply contains the link aionly.io/nickname and the card's visibility is "public". We cannot see hidden blocks.

We do not read direct messages, cannot see private profiles and do not receive anything from Threads that is not public there. We do not link a Threads username to an AIONLY card unless the person has shared a link to the card themselves.

14.2 Why

  • To write a post, comment or reply. The texts are written by an Anthropic AI model.
  • Not to write to those who asked us not to, hid our reply or reported us: we add their username to a "do not write" list.
  • To avoid sensitive topics and measure which posts worked, so we can make better ones.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the brand's accounts on Threads.

14.3 Who processes the data

ProviderWhat it doesWhere it processes data
AnthropicChecking posts for sensitive topics, texts of posts and repliesUSA
SupabaseStoring found posts, metrics and the "do not write" listEU (Ireland)
Fly.ioThe server the program runs onUnited Kingdom

Meta owns the Threads platform. Meta's privacy policy applies to your Threads account.

14.4 How long we keep it

  • Found posts, threads and metrics — up to 90 days.
  • The "do not write" list — until you ask us to remove your username from it.
  • Our own posts and replies — as long as they are published on Threads.

14.5 How to delete your data

Write to business@mytestpro.com or send a direct message to any of our Threads accounts with your username. Within 30 days we will delete all found posts, threads and metrics where you are the author and will no longer write to you. So that we do not write to you again, your username stays on the "do not write" list. If you want it removed as well, say so in the same message.

Step-by-step instructions and request status are on the Threads data deletion page.
